Business Traveler
The price was great and the room was sufficient but the elevator/hallway/stairway/room smelled of cigarette smoke. This could easily be prevented if management/staff replaces air filters more often and install insulated door sweeps for all rooms. Although the room was clean, my allergies and bronchitis acted up due to the poor air circulation and unwanted cigarette smoke entering into my room. Traveling as Couple
I am extremely disappointed with our hotel stay. I never get to go on vacation with my husband and this was the first time in a long time and the room was not very comfortable at all. The hallways stunk and the room should be a 1 star. The location of the hotel was very hard to find and then when we were calling to get better directions someone from the laundry service finally answered and was no help at all since she was not at our location. Traveling as Couple
We arrived late in the evening and the staff was friendly. I was glad the location was close to the airport. Took us less than 10 minutes to get there. The room size was decent but the furnishings and amenities were completely outdated. It was in the middle of a industrial park and completely away from any food establishments. The staff was nice enough, but we were at the hotel for less than 10 hours total. ...read more
